- You have provided clear instructions for a safe place, if applicable
Once the order has been delivered to the address or safe place you provided, responsibility for the items passes to you.
5. Delays and events outside our control
We will do our best to deliver on time, but delays can happen due to:

- Weather
- Other events outside our control
If we expect a significant delay, we will try to contact you using the details on your order.
6. Incorrect addresses
If the delivery address you provide is incorrect or incomplete:
- We may not be able to complete the delivery
- We may not be able to offer a refund if the food is no longer suitable for re‑delivery
