Refund & Returns Policy

Because we sell perishable food products, we are not able to accept returns in the usual way. However, we want you to be happy with your order, so this policy explains when refunds or credits may be available.
1. No returns on perishable items
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returned food products once they have left our control.
2. Order issues and quality concerns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos, if relevant
We may, at our discretion, offer:
- A replacement item
- A partial refund
- A store credit
This will depend on the nature of the issue and the circumstances.
3. Cancellations
Because we prepare food to order:
- Cancellations made before we begin preparing your order may be eligible for a full or partial refund
- Cancellations made after preparation has started may not be refundable
If you need to cancel, please contact us as early as possible.
4. Missed deliveries
If we attempt delivery and:
- The address is incorrect, or
- No one is available to receive the order, and no safe place is available
we may not be able to offer a refund, as the food may no longer be suitable for resale or re‑delivery.
5. How refunds are processed
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed back to the original payment method where possible
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
